How does the 60-day free trial work?
Sign up with Stripe, get 3 seats to test with your team, and use JetInbox with real aviation emails for 60 days. At the end of the trial period, you choose: continue with Essential, upgrade to Pro, or don’t proceed. Nothing happens automatically — you stay in full control.
Do we need a card to start the trial?
Yes, we use Stripe to handle the trial securely. You won’t be charged during the 60-day evaluation period. When the trial ends, you’ll decide whether to continue and which plan works best for your team.
Can we change plans later?
Absolutely. Many teams start on Essential and move to Pro once they see how much time they’re saving, or once more departments get involved. You can also move down if you decide you don’t need the extra Pro features.
Is pricing really per user?
