These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of JetInbox.cloud (the “Service”), operated by Studio Launch Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Overview

JetInbox.cloud is a software-as-a-service platform that helps aviation professionals create and enhance email communication using AI. These Terms apply to all users and visitors of the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Use of the Service

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate spam, fraudulent or abusive messages
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Disrupt or interfere with the platform’s performance or security
  • Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others

4a. Fair Use and Unlimited Emails

JetInbox.cloud includes “Unlimited Emails” for all paid plans, but this is subject to a fair use policy. The service is designed for normal business use by aviation professionals — not for mass automation, scraping, or AI abuse.

If usage patterns create excessive system load or appear to involve automated bulk generation, we may temporarily restrict access or request that you upgrade to a custom usage plan. We reserve the right to monitor usage and enforce these limits to ensure continued performance and availability for all users.

4b. Acceptable Use

You agree to use JetInbox.cloud responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. The Service is designed for professional communication and may not be used to generate, distribute, or assist in:

  • Mass unsolicited messages (“spam”) or bulk email automation
  • Phishing, impersonation, or misrepresentation of identity
  • Malicious content, threats, or harassment
  • Scraping or extracting data from the platform or its models
  • Circumventing system usage limits or security mechanisms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use policy or negatively impact the experience of other users.

5. Subscription & Payments

JetInbox.cloud is offered on a subscription basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge recurring fees until cancelled. All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with JetInbox.cloud is the property of Studio Launch Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for business purposes only.

8. Third-Party Services

JetInbox.cloud integrates with third-party services such as:

  • OpenAI: To generate email content
  • Stripe: To manage subscription payments
  • Brevo: For sending transactional emails
  • GA4: For usage analytics (locally hosted)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the platform at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Launch Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Studio Launch Ltd harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on the website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
