  • To process billing and subscription payments via Stripe
  • To respond to support requests or technical issues

  • Google Analytics 4 (self-hosted): For usage insights (no third-party cookie tracking)

6. Data Retention

We retain account and billing data for as long as you maintain an active subscription and as required by law. AI-generated content is not stored longer than necessary to deliver results and log for moderation. Account data is deleted upon cancellation, except where retention is required for legal or financial compliance.

7. International Data Transfers

Some data may be processed outside the UK or EEA (e.g., by OpenAI or Brevo). Where applicable, we ensure Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards are in place.
